NEWS - 12th EDITION
Christmas has come and gone, I
have just rubbed my eyes and see Easter is here, and I
haven’t updated the news, very bad of me as we are
really working very hard at improving all the time so
that your stay is as trouble free and relaxing as
possible.
We have made a few changes to
chalets, L block will receive all new soft’s (duvets,
and curtains) in April. From there, we want to move to
the F block. Also in January we replaced all the
railings in the L block. Looking very nice. Good news
for all those who love the F10 A & B chalets but always
had trouble with those old wooden sliding doors, well
they are GONE. And new aluminium framed doors are in.
Much nicer and easier to open.
B1 the main guest house has also
received a new front door, and balcony sliding door, and
new basin and pedestal in the main bath room. We are
also looking at re-doing the patio floor as this keeps
lifting? Will let you know.
The resort keeps improving, and we
were again graded by the grading council, and boy did we
get good comments on the improvements in the chalets and
also the gardens. And yes we keep our 3 stars, and the
Lady who grades us, is strict, and leaves us a list that
has to be sorted and she keeps checking that we do this.
Which helps us and your stay gets better.
Now our honeymoon suite, Nici my
deputy has told me that she will be taking this chalet
in the next few weeks and really giving it the beans to
make it more “ROMANTIC” go Nici. Will post pictures when
she has finished. I’m looking forward to seeing it, she
has some really good touches.
Now for the world cup, if you need
to get out of the big cities and away from the madness,
but still want to watch the games, we have the perfect
place, our normal season rates apply and we are just
down the road, our restaurant will be showing all the
games and you can have a beer or two and still get into
the vibe. Come and book and relax, but still enjoy the
games.
